Regular Visits at Abrams Chiropractic

Sticking To You Chiropractic Care Plan

Most office visits are approximately 30 minutes. On typical office visit, you will be greeted by the front office staff, sign in at the front desk, and then have a seat in the reception room.

Avoid relapse with regular visits.

Once an adjusting room is available, your name will be called and we will hand you a clipboard which you will place in the holder outside the room you are assigned to. In the room, there will be reading material about Chiropractic for you to peruse until the doctor comes in to adjust you.

After your Chiropractic adjustment, you will visit the front desk staff to pay for your visit and schedule your next appointment, if it has not already been done.

Throughout your visits in our office, please know that we are always happy to answer any questions you may have. We want you to be informed and confident that you are making a positive, healthy choice for your body by choosing Chiropractic.

Dr. Phelps Asks some important questions of interest to Downtown Seattle residents - Chiropractor Downtown Seattle Dr. Phelps Asks...

What's a side effect?
It may sound like a bonus; something extra, but chiropractors know it should more accurately called an "unintended effect," and "unwanted effect" or in some cases an "adverse effect." A pill can't come close to matching your body's ability to create and deliver the essential compounds it needs. That's when it's important to make sure your nervous system is working correctly—the purpose of chiropractic care!
What's the difference between maintenance, prevention and wellness?
Maintenance chiropractic care is an attempt to keep a dynamic, ever-changing and adapting organism (you) in a static relationship with your environment. Preventive chiropractic care is mostly about early detection. Wellness chiropractic care is an attempt to optimize our health and be all that you were designed to be.
